Who are we?

We're four brothers who play music together.

What do we play?

We play instrumental Celtic music. But our blend of Celtic music is not completely traditional. We're not musical purists. We use whatever it takes to make great music... electric guitars, electric violins, keyboards, effects, etc., etc. But that doesn't mean we abandon the traditional instruments, like hand percussion, the bodhran, fiddle, tin whistles, etc.

Where are we from?

We're from a small town in Michigan. Caro, Michigan, about two hours north of Detroit.

Why do we play music?

Lots of reasons. We get paid for it : ) We enjoy it... a lot. And other people love our music. In many ways that's probably the biggest reason. We probably would have quit a long time ago if it hadn't been for the fact that so many people love the music we bring them.

How can you hear us play?

If you want to hear what we sound like click here and scroll halfway down the page to the sample clips. Or you can go to our MySpace page. If you want to see us live, there are performance dates updated fairly regularly on our MySpace page. If you want to hire us to play, click here.

Daniel often underestimates his importance to the group. He plays percussion and does an excellent job at it. He has a strong dislike for his freckles, almost as strong as his undying love for pizza. He’s also looking to buy and learn how to play an electronic drum set… when he can afford it.

Daniel can be contacted at djbostrom@gmail.com.

Besides being an accomplished tin whistle player, Jordan is a skilled photographer. Jordan is also good at fixing computers when they get sick. Jordan can't think of anything else to say about himself at this point. Not that it's necessary though... you just probably aren't very interested in the nitty gritty details of fixing hard drives and doctoring motherboards.

Jordan can be contacted at jnbostrom@gmail.com. You can see some of his photography at here.

Paul is a versatile violin/fiddle player who loves to improvise songs that are in no need of improvisation. When he's not playing his violins (including a homemade electric violin) Paul enjoys drawing cars, doing CGI work, and computer art. Paul also likes food. Very much.

Paul can be contacted at pmbost@gmail.com. You can see some of Paul's art here: here.

Jonathan is the manager of the group, meaning that he fills many shoes... from chief bean-counter to live sound engineer. Besides music, Jonathan also enjoys road cycling (when it's sunny and seventy) and has a strong interest in anything business-related… especially marketing. And speaking of cycling, Jonathan would like to apologize if he's ever been rude to anyone in Caro while on his bike. It's physically taxing and quite exhausting to pretend to be Lance Armstrong when you're not.

Jonathan can be contacted at: info@jonathanbostrom.com. You can read his marketing blog here.
